Holding up to 50kg / 110 lbs at one time, the structure is very solid, robust, stable and durable. The frame can be shared with other children at the same time.

Hand-made using locally-sourced, sustainable and recyclable materials: environmentally friendly, FSC-certified solid birch wood and plywood. There is no plastic, not even in the packaging.
Safe design
There are no sharp-edges and all parts are sanded to perfection and vanished using using safe, non-toxic water-based UV varnish for the ramp and side boards. Rods (dowels) are untreated for better grip and safety. Ramp attaches to the climber using a strap to make sure ramp doesn’t move or fall when in use.

The very first climber has been in use for five years now and is performing as well as new.
We provide two year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any flaws that appeared during usage that are connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will gladly sort everything out. The warranty is void if any mechanical damage or tear from the user is found. The warranty also is not provided for the paint coating or varnish, because we can’t guarantee what chemicals are used for cleaning the surfaces.
In order to send the warranty application you need to send us the following info and documents:
- Order confirmation document;
- Order invoice;
- Photos and description of the flaws;
- Personal contact info.
There are two ways we can resolve your warranty claim:
- In case of only specific furniture part is faulty– We identify the part – and send you the replacement for free, covering all the shipping costs.
- In case of the whole furniture piece needs to be replaced– You will need to send us the faulty furniture piece as it is, we will cover the return shipping costs. After checking the fault (and make sure that there are no mechanical damage done by the user), we will either fix the sent item or send a brand new furniture piece as a replacement, covering all the shipping costs.
